Matthew and Emma Town – Braxted Park in Essex

Emma and Matt had one of those days which most other brides this summer had. Rain, sun, rain, sun. You’ll notice in my last four video posts that it seems the British weather really couldn’t make up its’ mind this year but as usual, it really didn’t rain on any of the parts of the day that mattered. Emma and Matt were good sports anyway and nothing was going to stop them from getting the photos and video that they were after. So while I may have looked like a bit of a sissy under an umbrella while the bride and groom happily walked hand in hand in the rain, it should be remembered that rain drops on the lens in High Definition is not a good look and almost impossible to keep wiping clear, so really it was for them. This is my official excuse.

Chiddingstone Castle Wedding Film Highlights

Jono and Jenny got married in the open at Chiddingstone Castle in Kent. A brave decision which paid off weather wise. Although the rain came down at some points in the day it made no difference to the proceedings. In terms of editing, there are a handful of songs that are just made to be edited to. Halo, by Beyonce happens to be one of them. It’s not slow, it’s not fast but it has this funky beat throughout which just makes putting video footage to it a joy. This is their Highlights montage. This Mr and Mrs Montage appears in the middle of Steve and Vanessa’s wedding film. With all the highlights I keep posting, I thought it would be different to upload another portion of someone’s wedding. I love the song too!

You might remember Craig and Stacy’s wedding photos from a few weeks back. Well their wedding video is now complete and I’ve attached two sections from it. The usual “Day in Reflection” as a summary of everything that happened on the day, but also their first dance which was a lot of fun and very well executed.
