Just Imagine Video Productions is a multi award-winning wedding film company. Having won four consecutive awards including Best Wedding Video production and Videographer of the year, Just Imagine continues to provide clients with a modern and memorable account of one of the biggest day’s of their lives.

Weddings are fast moving and ever changing and you need a professional camera operator who can anticipate your next move and be there before you are, without fuss and certainly without interrupting the natural flow of the day. Past clients have noted that in spite of being nervous about have a videographer they were amazed at how easy and unobtrusive the whole experience was.

A Sense of Style

We have already mentioned our style of filming on the day is natural and unobtrusive, so what happens once we get all that lovely footage back to the edit suite?  Well, we take our cue from the day itself and from the music that you choose to feature on your DVD.  That, along with any personal preferences you tell us about, is how we go about editing together an accurate representation of your day with a touch of romantic cinematic magic here and there or a dose of high energy madness, whatever your day or your requirements calls for.

An Investment

When you want something to last forever you don’t go to the lowest bidder and hope for the best.  Nor do you throw caution to the wind and pay over the odds to someone simply because you mentioned the word wedding.  A full time wedding videographer will price their packages sensibly balancing their ongoing costs and experience with the current market value of their product, just as any business would.

In this current economic climate, people are being hard pressed by finances to go for the lowest bidder in any given field.  While our prices have been adjusted down to come into line with the new market, people are still happy to take the chance with a less experienced company or even a family member to save money, but it’s a false economy.

I recently got an email from someone asking for advice because of a bad experience with a wedding videographer.  He was rude, flippant and, wait for it, 50 minutes late for the wedding ceremony.  He turned up when the Bride and Groom were signing the register at the end of the service.  This from a seemingly professional company.   We appreciate in the internet age, it is very difficult to tell the difference so we would encourage you to read our testimonials and if necessary we would be happy to provide names and numbers of past clients who have said they would be more than happy to field calls from people who aren’t sure about getting their day filmed.

A wedding day is an incredibly fast moving and changeable environment. It requires experience to be able to anticipate your next move and be in the right place to capture it first time and creatively with the edit always in mind.  Aside from filming your day, behind the scenes we may need to negotiate with ministers, registrars, caterers, bands, and toastmasters so that every aspect of your wedding day coverage is the best that it can be.  As good as your friend may be, they simply don’t have this experience or indeed access on the day to do this effectively.

Demo:
You can order a free DVD demo using the contact form on the contact page.  HERE

High Definition:
Yes we film in high definition.  Your film will then be edited and put onto a standard DVD.  Digital copies of your wedding are also available.

Food:
The days can be long and tiring and will almost certainly run over two meal times.  Where possible we request food and soft drinks to be made available at dinner time.

Distances:
If you’re booking a package with Bridal Preparations, please be mindful of the travel time between this location and the ceremony location.  It is best not to exceed 30 minutes as any longer will eat into the time allotted for the preparations.

BOOKING:

Deposit:
Once your date is confirmed as available we will send you some paperwork.  We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the date but all of this is clearly laid out on the confirmation paperwork you will receive.

Music:
We will send you a guide to choosing your music for the DVD. You can choose any music to go with your wedding film.  If you are unsure how it will be used please order our free DVD demo or give us a call and it can be explained.

Insurance:

Just Imagine holds public liability insurance to the tune of £2.5 million.  This covers us in the event of one of your guests being injured
All of our equipment is professionally insured and can be replaced quickly in the event of a breakage.  However, on the day of a wedding, a second camera is always used in the event of a malfunction or breakage of the first camera.  We encourage couples to take out separate insurance for cancellations due to force majuere or any reason on your part.

Mileage:
We offer 80 miles free of charge from GU6.   Thereafter we charge 50p per mile.

Illness:
We have covered almost 300 weddings in the past six years and have never missed a wedding, let alone because of illness.  In the exremely rare event that I am hospitalised, another photographer will be assigned to you at no additional cost.  We have had a network of professional photographers that we can call on in emergencies since the company was started but have yet to make use of them.
